The Art of the Unbuilt

Architecture lives long before the first shovel breaks ground, in the imagination of the people who will inhabit it and in the images that make that imagination tangible.

For real estate professionals, the ability to show what a home could be, rendered by a practicing architect, moves buyers from curiosity to conviction. Every image High Low Buffalo produces is designed with the same care we bring to our built work. Grounded in real architectural thinking, composed with intention, and crafted to tell the story of a project before it exists.

CUSTOM IMAGES

A custom rendering shows your listing the way it's meant to be seen. Not a stock image, not a generic visualization, but a stylized architectural image developed for your specific property, by an architect who has spent his career thinking about how homes meet their land.

What you can order:

Orthographic Site Plan

A stylized aerial site plan of your property, derived from a Google Earth aerial image and rendered to convey the site boundary, building footprint, key site features, and cardinal orientation. Well-suited for listing presentations, site overview marketing, and neighborhood context documents.

$250 per image

Bird's-Eye Rendering

A stylized rendering of the proposed or existing home shown within its site context, viewed from an elevated bird's-eye vantage point. Communicates the relationship between architecture and landscape. Ideally starts from a high-resolution drone photograph of the site.

$500 per image

Exterior Rendering

A stylized, human-scale perspective rendering of a designated portion of the home's exterior. Viewed from ground level, this image conveys character, materiality, and architecture in a way that communicates the feel of the home to prospective buyers.

$400 per image

Interior Rendering

A stylized, human-scale perspective rendering of a designated interior space. Conveys spatial quality, natural light, material, and atmosphere. Particularly effective for living spaces, kitchens, and primary suites.

$400 per image

A note on what these images are: These are marketing images, not buildable designs. The home shown in a rendering is developed only as it appears within the view. It's intended to evoke interest and communicate the character of a project, not to serve as a permit set or construction document. If a buyer falls in love with a rendering and wants to actually build it, that's a separate conversation, and one we're happy to have.
